Payment Terms:

• 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking. (This amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.)

• Balance payment must be completed at least 2 days prior to the departure date.

• Failure to make the balance payment on time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking, and the advance amount will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy:

• 30% of total package cost will be charged if the cancellation is made 10 days before departure.

• 50% of total package cost will be charged if the cancellation is made 5 days before departure.

• No refund if the cancellation is made within 5 days of departure or in case of a no-show.

• In case of natural calamities, weather conditions, or government restrictions, the trip will be rescheduled, not refunded.

• MyTravon reserves the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary or schedule due to operational or safety concerns.

Note:
All refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10-15 working days after the official cancellation request, following company policies.
